Seattle trades Michael Bennett to Eagles

The apparent rebuild for the Seahawks continues. Richard Sherman is leaving. And now, Michael Bennett is too. But this time, the Seahawks are getting something back. But as if the Super Bowl champions need more help, right? Well, they are getting it anyway.

Not even five minutes after I write about Richard Sherman potentially moving, it looks like Michael Bennett is heading to the Super Bowl champions.

Adam Schefter is reporting that Seattle will receive a 5th round pick and WR Marcus Johnson for Bennett and a 7th round draft pick. Bennett registered 8.5 sacks this season. And now he will play on a defensive line that features Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, Derek Barnett, and Chris Long.
