Golden Hawks Falls To Liverpool On Walk-Off

It came down to the last play, but the Golden Hawks where on the wrong end of a 4-3 defeat to Liverpool on Monday. The game was tied at three with Liverpool batting in the bottom of the seventh when Destefano singled on a 3-0 count, scoring one run.

Harder led things off on the mound for Liverpool. He went six innings, allowing two runs on seven hits and striking out three.

Jake Barder started the game for the Golden Hawks. He surrendered three runs on eight hits over six and two-thirds innings, striking out six and walking zero.


The Golden Hawks racked up nine hits on the day. Emilio Pallante and Luke Gregory each managed multiple hits for the Golden Hawks.

Liverpool collected ten hits on the day. HarderDestefano, and Wheeler all collected multiple hits for Liverpool.
