Two Northampton Bombers Junior Legion Pitchers Combine To Shutout Huntingdon Valley (2018 JRL)

Northampton Bombers Junior Legion defeated Huntingdon Valley (2018 JRL) 9-0 on Thursday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Joe Purcell struck out Ryan Kohler to finish off the game.

Northampton Bombers Junior Legion fired up the offense in the second inning, when Matt Serratore singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.

Northampton Bombers Junior Legion notched three runs in the fifth inning. Jonathon Pinciotti had an RBI single in the inning to lead the run scoring.

A single by Dennis Szychulski in the first inning was a positive for Huntingdon Valley (2018 JRL).
